Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
- Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail to ensure product quality.
- Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process, identifying and reporting defects.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, ensuring a steady flow of work.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere to production schedules and contribute to maintaining efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production line role (advantageous but not required due to paid training).

- Experience with quality control checks or using measurement tools.
- Forklift certification (an asset).
