Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally precise Professional Livery Operator to join our distinguished team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role demands an individual with an unwavering commitment to safety, punctuality, and delivering an elevated guest experience. The Professional Livery Operator will be responsible for providing seamless, discreet, and luxurious transportation services for our discerning guests, maintaining our fleet of premium vehicles to the highest standards, and embodying the Four Seasons ethos of service excellence with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport guests to and from various destinations, including airports, local attractions, and private events.
- Maintain the pristine condition and operational readiness of luxury vehicles through regular cleaning, detailed inspections, and coordination of necessary maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled itineraries, optimizing routes for efficiency and guest comfort while anticipating potential delays.
- Provide personalized, discreet, and professional service, anticipating guest needs and accommodating special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all safety and operational standards are met.
- Assist guests courteously with luggage, entry, and exit from vehicles.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety protocols, ensuring the utmost security for guests.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and itineraries at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (Class D or higher) with an impeccable driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a luxury or chauffeur service setting.
- Extensive knowledge of Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding areas, including traffic patterns and alternative routes.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise utmost discretion.
- Proficiency in using GPS, navigation systems, and real-time traffic applications.
- Physical ability to assist guests with luggage and handle vehicle-related tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur or professional driver for a luxury hotel, private service, or executive transport company.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driver training.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle models and basic maintenance checks.
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other common guest languages.
