Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Remote Apple Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge iOS applications that enhance the user experience across our innovative platforms. You will work on exciting projects that leverage the latest Apple technologies, contributing to solutions that are robust, scalable, and user-centric. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Swift code for iOS applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and industry trends, applying them to projects as appropriate.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Swift and a deep understanding of the iOS SDK.
  • Experience with Xcode and Apple's development tools.
  • Familiarity with MVVM, MVC, or other common architectural patterns.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
  • Proficient understanding of Git.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit and UI testing.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools like Instruments.
  • Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
