Job Description
Are you ready for an exciting summer full of music, atmosphere, and making a real difference? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Festival Stewards to join our team for various outdoor events and festivals in and around Reading this summer. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal work, a chance to be part of vibrant events, and contribute to a safe and friendly environment for all attendees. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and welcoming presence to all event attendees.
- Offer assistance, directions, and information to festival-goers.
- Monitor designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Assist with crowd management and queue control.
- Check tickets and credentials at entry points.
- Report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities to supervisors.
- Help maintain a clean and enjoyable environment.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or challenging situations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
