Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, building rapport, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on UBS products, services, and digital platforms, ensuring a clear understanding of features and benefits.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies in every interaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
