Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote EA Advocate – Customer Experience Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison, providing advanced executive administrative support while simultaneously analyzing customer feedback and experience data to drive improvements across our platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and elevate our customer journey. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep passion for understanding and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback data from various sources (surveys, support tickets, social media, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on customer experience metrics and insights for leadership and relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations and product enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard in all decision-making processes.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions and tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Qualtrics).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Previous experience in the financial technology or software industry.
