Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people during their time of need? Teleperformance is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as WFH Insurance Claims Agents. Whether you’re a seasoned professional with a license or a motivated trainee looking to start a rewarding career, we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, guiding them through the claims process with clarity and compassion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist policyholders with their insurance claims.
- Accurately document claim details, policy information, and customer interactions in the system.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding policy coverage and claims procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to claims in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient claims resolution process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (and English if applicable for certain policies).
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a claims-related role.
- Insurance license (if applicable for the region, but not required for trainee positions).
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
