Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Remote Google Admin Junior to join our IT team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in Google Workspace administration and learn critical business standards within a large enterprise environment. You will play a vital role in supporting our employees with their Google-related needs, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a productive digital workplace. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and termination.
- Support Google Group management and permissions.
- Troubleshoot basic Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems to senior administrators.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance Google Workspace administration skills.
- Help maintain documentation for Google Workspace procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to user training and self-help resources for Google Workspace tools.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
