Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Dell Technologies as a Remote Leadership Development Aide – Technical Support. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our technical leadership development programs, contributing to the growth of our future leaders. You will assist with program coordination, content creation, and provide essential technical support to participants, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience. This position is ideal for someone passionate about both leadership development and technology, eager to make an impact in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and administration of leadership development programs for technical teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for learning platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and online resources.
- Help create and curate engaging content, including presentations, workshops, and training materials.
- Support program participants with inquiries, scheduling, and logistical needs.
- Gather feedback and assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program resources.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Stay updated on best practices in leadership development and technical support.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of common technical support processes and tools.
