Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Bell Canada. This is a 100% remote, full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to our clients and internal teams. You will operate entirely from your home office, utilizing our state-of-the-art computer-based telephony system to ensure seamless communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain an organized log of calls, messages, and communication activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and document management.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with computer-based telephony systems and virtual communication tools.
