Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Receptionist for our Apple Store in a local suburb of Palo Alto. This role is crucial for creating an inviting and positive first impression for all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service. You will be the welcoming face and voice of our store, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all customers and visitors upon their arrival at the Apple Store.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and store offerings.
  • Maintain the reception area and lobby, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments for Genius Bar services or product demonstrations as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Support administrative tasks for the store management team, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide information to customers about wait times and guide them to designated areas.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their store experience.
