Job Description
Join Sky UK as a Remote UX/UI Tester and play a crucial role in enhancing our digital products. Key Responsibilities
- Record screen interactions while using various Sky digital products (websites, mobile apps, TV interfaces).
- Provide detailed, constructive verbal feedback and written notes on usability, design, and overall user experience.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in existing and new features.
- Follow specific test scripts and scenarios provided by the UX/UI team.
- Articulate user pain points and suggest potential solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and feedback clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Basic understanding of user interfaces and user experience principles.
- Proficiency with screen recording software (or willingness to learn).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for testing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in user testing, QA, or product feedback.
- Familiarity with Sky products and services.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus, but not required.
