Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Service Staff to join our dynamic team at The Botanist Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests and seating them promptly upon arrival.
- Presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and making recommendations.
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
- Ensuring tables are cleaned, reset, and maintained to high standards.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area and workstation.
