Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Open new accounts and service existing ones, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
- Identify and refer clients to specialists for advanced financial planning, mortgage, or investment needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Truist products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Participate in branch meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and cash handling experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Tagalog) a plus.
