Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Open new accounts and service existing ones, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
  • Identify and refer clients to specialists for advanced financial planning, mortgage, or investment needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Truist products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Participate in branch meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude and cash handling experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
