Job Description
Are you a highly observant individual with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail? NielsenIQ is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Experience Rater to join our dynamic team in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating various retail environments, assessing everything from store cleanliness and product availability to staff helpfulness and overall customer journey. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to influence how retailers operate and improve the shopping experience for millions. The position requires frequent travel to different retail locations within a designated territory, for which a travel stipend will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, unannounced visits to assigned retail locations according to specific project guidelines.
- Systematically observe and evaluate the retail environment, including store layout, product display, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
- Assess the quality of customer service provided by staff, noting friendliness, product knowledge, and efficiency.
- Document findings accurately and promptly using proprietary software and reporting tools.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Adhere strictly to project timelines, guidelines, and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent data collection and reporting standards.
