Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Retail Review Classifier to join our Brand Protection team in Colchester. In this role, you will be crucial in safeguarding our customers and brands by meticulously reviewing and classifying retail listings and user-generated content for potential violations of brand integrity, counterfeit products, or policy infringements. This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a trustworthy online marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately classify retail product listings, images, and descriptions based on established brand protection guidelines.
- Identify and flag content that violates intellectual property rights, promotes counterfeit goods, or misleads customers.
- Utilize internal tools and systems to process and escalate identified issues to appropriate teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of classification processes and guidelines by providing feedback.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and product development, to resolve complex cases.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to analyze detailed information and make accurate decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
