Key Responsibilities
- Assist with stocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly organized and accessible.
- Help customers locate products and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of sales floors and backroom areas.
- Support inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments.
- Operate basic store equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, according to training).
- Prepare items for display, ensuring proper pricing and signage.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
