Job Description

Are you a student with a keen eye for detail and an interest in artificial intelligence and educational technology? Google is seeking a motivated Student AI Validator to join our team in Irvine, CA. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI models designed to enhance smart working and educational platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and validate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and bias within educational and productivity contexts.

  • Categorize and annotate data to train and refine AI algorithms, particularly those related to content understanding and generation.
  • Identify and document patterns of AI error, suggesting potential causes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and product managers.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing project discussions.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (any major).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with common office software and tools.

  • Prior experience with data annotation, content moderation, or quality assurance.
