Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salon Assistant to join our vibrant team in Blackpool. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn the ropes in a professional salon environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our stylists and ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional shampooing and conditioning services for clients.
- Prepare clients for their styling appointments, ensuring comfort and readiness.
- Assist senior stylists with various tasks, including mixing colors and retrieving tools.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon, including washing towels and sweeping floors.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, sterilised, and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients and offering refreshments.
- Support reception duties when necessary, such as answering phones and booking appointments.
- Shadow stylists to learn new techniques and gain industry insights.
