Job Description
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and discreet Chauffeur to join our executive support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for our executives and VIP guests. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, superior customer service, and the highest level of confidentiality. You will maintain our luxury vehicles to impeccable standards and ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers. This is an on-site position based in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives and VIP guests to various destinations, adhering to schedules and traffic laws.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of company vehicles, including regular inspections and minor maintenance checks.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions, to ensure timely arrivals.
- Handle luggage and personal belongings with care and discretion.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and ensuring a comfortable ride.
Required Skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional chauffeur or executive driver.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and best routes within Tulsa and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification.
- Experience with executive protection protocols.
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
