Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Secret Shopper. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute directly to the enhancement of our customer experience. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit designated Starbucks locations, observe the service, product quality, and store environment, and provide objective, constructive feedback through detailed reports. Your insights are invaluable in helping us maintain our high standards and continually improve the ‘Starbucks Experience’ for every customer. This role requires excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned Starbucks stores according to a predefined schedule and specific guidelines.
- Evaluate customer service interactions, product quality and preparation, store cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Adhere strictly to all instructions regarding purchases and interactions during each visit.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports within 24 hours of each visit, providing objective feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignments and observations.
- Communicate effectively with the program coordinator regarding assignments and any issues encountered.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously
- Reliable access to transportation to visit various store locations in Aurora, CO
- Comfortable using a computer or mobile device for report submission
- High level of integrity and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or quality assurance roles
- Familiarity with the Starbucks brand and products
- Ability to blend in naturally during visits and avoid detection
