Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and looking for a flexible way to earn supplemental income? IntelliShop is seeking Secret Shopping Contractors to join our nationwide network. This 1099 contractor role offers the ultimate flexibility to choose assignments that fit your schedule and location. As a Secret Shopping Contractor, you will visit various retail stores, restaurants, and service providers, evaluating the customer experience based on specific criteria. Your unbiased observations and detailed reports will provide invaluable feedback to our clients, helping them improve their service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete secret shopping assignments within specified timeframes.
- Visit assigned locations as a typical customer, adhering to all guidelines provided.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including cleanliness, staff friendliness, product availability, and service quality.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner to assess their customer service skills.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports promptly after each shop, providing specific examples and accurate information.
- Adhere to all project instructions and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and client information.
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation and receipts (if applicable).
- Maintain high standards of integrity and honesty in all evaluations.
