Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions for hair extension application, removal, and maintenance.
- Assist senior stylists with client consultations, product preparation, and salon upkeep.
- Learn and practice various hair extension techniques, including weaving, tape-ins, fusions, and micro-links.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation and salon environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of different hair types, textures, and extension products.
- Observe and shadow experienced stylists to refine techniques and client interaction skills.
- Adhere to all salon policies, health, and safety standards.
