Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, maintaining a tidy and hygienic living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
- Communicate effectively with the client's family and the care team.
- Ensure the client's home is a safe and supportive place to live.
