Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Subscription Cancellation Agent to join our dedicated customer retention team. This is a crucial role focused on understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and ultimately retaining valuable subscribers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers who are looking to cancel their services, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and Sky UK. This position offers a retention bonus for successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers who contact us to cancel their subscriptions via phone, chat, and email.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes for cancellation requests, and empathize with their situation.
- Present tailored solutions, alternative packages, and promotions to address customer needs and encourage retention.
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of their current or alternative Sky UK services.
- Process cancellations and manage customer accounts accurately and efficiently in our systems.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve retention targets.
- Document all customer interactions and outcomes meticulously.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
