Job Description
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to start a career in the restaurant industry? Maggiano’s Little Italy in Naperville, IL, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Front-of-House team as Server / Wait Staff. No prior experience is required! We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus upon their arrival.
- Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, offering suggestions and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or concerns.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
