Job Description
HubSpot is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Admin Assistant to join our dynamic IT and Software teams in Boston. This role is crucial for supporting our technical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT and Software Development departments.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for technical leads and team members.
- Assist with the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring information is readily accessible.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new technical hires, including equipment setup and access provisioning.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and other departments, escalating issues as needed.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, offering administrative support to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory for the technical teams.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for IT-related expenditures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and software development lifecycles.
