Job Description

We are seeking an insightful and analytical Teleperformance Sentiment Guru with a strong focus on Market Research to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing vast datasets of customer interactions and market feedback to identify key sentiment trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for service and product improvement. This 100% remote position requires a keen eye for detail, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced sentiment analysis methodologies for market research projects.
  • Utilize natural language processing (NLP) tools and techniques to process unstructured customer data.
  • Identify key themes, trends, and patterns in customer feedback, social media, and survey responses.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations detailing sentiment findings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with market research and client services teams to understand research objectives and deliver tailored analyses.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sentiment analysis models and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in sentiment analysis and market research.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sentiment analysis, text analytics, or natural language processing (NLP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency with sentiment analysis platforms and market research tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
