Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a strong focus on online recruitment support to join our remote HR team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for candidates across various departments. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute to our global operations from your home office. You will manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment databases, and provide excellent support to both candidates and hiring managers, primarily leveraging digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, virtual meetings, and assessments for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to candidates and hiring managers regarding online recruitment tools.
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various job boards and social media channels.
  • Conduct initial resume screening for basic qualifications and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new online recruitment strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with online recruitment best practices and digital tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance principles
  • Experience with social media recruitment strategies
