Job Description
Join UPS as a Maternity Support Specialist and play a crucial role in our Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding maternity leave policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on company benefits, leave options, and return-to-work protocols.
- Assist employees with the completion and submission of all necessary paperwork and documentation related to maternity leave.
- Coordinate with HR, benefits, and payroll departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of leave requests and payments.
- Maintain confidential employee records and update systems with relevant leave information.
- Facilitate communication between employees on leave and their managers or teams, as needed.
- Assist in developing and improving maternity support resources and communication materials.
- Monitor and track leave statuses, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct follow-up check-ins with employees before, during, and after their leave to offer support and address concerns.
- Contribute to a positive and empathetic environment for all employees seeking maternity leave support.
