Job Description
As an Apple Training Coordinator at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality training programs focused on Apple technologies and ecosystems for our corporate clients and internal teams. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK while collaborating with a diverse global team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of training initiatives, managing resources, and providing exceptional support to learners, helping them master Apple products and solutions to enhance productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and materials specifically for Apple hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone) and software (macOS, iOS, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate remote training sessions, workshops, and webinars for corporate clients and internal staff.
- Manage training logistics, including virtual classroom setup, learner registration, material distribution, and technical support during sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection, assessments, and performance metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide first-line technical assistance for learners experiencing issues with Apple devices or software during training.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of Apple products, services, and best practices.
- Administer and maintain learning management systems (LMS) related to Apple training modules.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in training coordination or a similar educational support role.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency with Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS) and core applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot common Apple hardware and software issues.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Professional certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Mac Technician).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) administration.
- Background in corporate training or instructional design.
- Project management experience in an educational context.
