Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced UPS Sentiment Guru with a strong focus on Market Research to join our remote team. This role is crucial for understanding and interpreting public and customer sentiment surrounding our brand, services, and market position. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced market research techniques and sentiment analysis tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions, improve customer experience, and identify emerging market trends. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of data analytics and a passion for uncovering the ‘why’ behind consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive market research studies to assess sentiment across various customer touchpoints and public channels.
- Utilize advanced sentiment analysis tools and methodologies to monitor, collect, and interpret data from social media, news, reviews, and other unstructured data sources.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable reports on sentiment trends, key drivers, and their impact on brand perception and business performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to integrate sentiment insights into their strategies and initiatives.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks or opportunities through continuous sentiment monitoring.
- Refine and improve sentiment analysis models and tools to enhance accuracy and predictive capabilities.
- Provide expert consultation on sentiment measurement and interpretation to various internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in market research, sentiment analysis, and data analytics technologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in market research, sentiment analysis, or a related data analytics role.
- Proficiency with sentiment analysis software and tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end market research projects.
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
