Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Video Game Data Entry Specialist with a specific focus on game levels and character data. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our game development databases. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and organizing extensive data related to in-game environments, character attributes, item statistics, and other critical assets. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data concerning game levels, environments, and their properties into our internal databases.
- Categorize and tag character data, including attributes, animations, lore, and visual assets.
- Verify existing data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to understand data requirements and ensure proper data representation.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of data entry processes and standards.
- Assist in the organization and structuring of large datasets to improve accessibility and efficiency.
- Report any recurring data issues or potential improvements to data management processes.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.

- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, internal database systems).
