Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Vineyard Harvest Operatives to join our team for the upcoming grape picking season. This is an immediate start, temporary position vital to our annual harvest. As a Harvest Operative, you will be responsible for carefully hand-picking grapes, ensuring their quality and integrity before they begin their journey into our renowned sparkling wines. No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training you need. Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully hand-picking grapes from the vines according to specific instructions.
  • Ensuring minimal damage to grapes and vines during the picking process.
  • Working efficiently and effectively to meet daily picking targets.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in designated work areas.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and successful harvest.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns regarding grape quality or vine health to supervisors.

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
