Job Description

Boldly is seeking a Virtual Inbox Manager to expertly manage email communications for our clients, ensuring their inboxes are clear, prioritized, and efficient. This part-time role offers flexible hours, allowing you to integrate seamlessly into your lifestyle while making a significant impact on our clients’ productivity. You will be responsible for categorizing, responding to, and flagging emails, allowing clients to focus on their core business activities. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes daily, ensuring timely processing.
  • Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and importance.
  • Draft and send professional responses to routine inquiries.
  • Flag critical emails for client review and action.
  • Filter out spam and unwanted subscriptions.
  • Implement and maintain email organization systems (folders, labels, filters).
  • Schedule appointments and reminders based on email communications.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security for all client information.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with various email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
