Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our fast-paced distribution center in Pasco, WA. This is a light picking role focused on skincare products, offering an immediate start for reliable candidates. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, contributing to the smooth flow of our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick skincare products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify product quantity and quality to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, adhering to company standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout a shift.
