Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise according to company procedures.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare items for shipping, including loading and unloading trucks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
