Job Description
Are you ready to be at the forefront of warehouse technology? Amazon’s Anaheim Fulfillment Center is seeking a motivated Warehouse Tech Associate to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work hands-on with state-of-the-art robotic systems and intuitive iPad interfaces to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and optimize our supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience with advanced automation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. No prior experience with robots is required – we provide comprehensive training! Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic systems for sorting, storing, and retrieving products.
- Utilize handheld devices and iPads to track inventory, scan items, and update product locations.
- Perform quality checks on products and outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Load and unload inventory from robotic carriers and conventional shelves.
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation using digital tools.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with equipment and report complex problems to maintenance teams.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using tablet devices (e.g., iPads).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 49 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or logistics operations.
