Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Weekend Banquet Servers to join our esteemed team at Hyatt Regency Long Beach. Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls and event spaces according to precise event specifications, including tables, chairs, place settings, and decor.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, following all service standards and protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Clear tables and breakdown event spaces efficiently and respectfully after events conclude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the highest standards of luxury service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel, banquet, or fine dining setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
