Job Description

Are you energetic, vigilant, and ready to be a crucial part of creating safe and enjoyable experiences at Boise’s most exciting sporting events? Live Nation Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Weekend Crowd Controllers. In this part-time, casual role, you will play a vital role in managing crowd flow, ensuring spectator safety, and providing excellent customer service at various sports venues across Boise. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work, a dynamic environment, and a chance to be at the heart of the action. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible and reassuring presence to deter disruptive behavior.
  • Monitor designated areas for potential security risks or emergencies.
  • Direct spectators to their seats, exits, and facilities with clear instructions.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, escalating as necessary to security or management.
  • Provide friendly and helpful assistance to event attendees, answering questions and providing information.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
  • Assist with crowd flow management during peak times and event ingress/egress.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, security personnel, and event staff.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is a plus but not required.
  • First aid or CPR certification (training can be provided).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
  • Knowledge of local Boise venues and events.
