Job Description
T-Mobile US is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Weekend Exhibition Staff to represent our brand at professional trade shows and community events across the New Port Richey area. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking for dynamic weekend work, eager to engage with the public, showcase our cutting-edge products and services, and drive interest in T-Mobile’s offerings. You’ll be the face of T-Mobile, creating memorable interactions and connecting potential customers with the best in wireless technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with attendees at trade shows and events, creating a welcoming and informative experience.
- Showcase and demonstrate T-Mobile products, services, and new technologies with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of T-Mobile plans and devices to diverse audiences.
- Answer customer questions accurately and provide exceptional customer service.
- Gather contact information and qualify leads for follow-up by the sales team.
- Ensure the T-Mobile exhibition booth is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
