Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a dedicated and organized Weekend Filing Assistant to join our administrative team in Downtown Stockton. This entry-level, part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional office environment. As a Weekend Filing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our records and ensuring the efficient operation of our office during weekend hours. We value attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks. No prior experience is required, as we will provide all necessary training.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and file a high volume of documents, both physical and digital, into their appropriate locations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client and company information.
- Perform routine audits of filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with basic data entry and document scanning as needed.
- Support administrative staff with various ad-hoc tasks during weekend shifts.
- Ensure the filing area remains neat, organized, and easily accessible.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding document management.
