Job Description
Join the Safeway team in Kailua as a Weekend Shelf Stacker! This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible weekend work, focusing on maintaining well-stocked and organized shelves to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring products are readily available, neatly arranged, and accurately priced. This entry-level position is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. We are looking for an immediate start to support our weekend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload deliveries and transport products to appropriate shelves.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product placement and visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor area.
- Assist customers with locating products as needed, providing friendly service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays as directed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
