Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and safety-focused Weekend Site Marshall to join our operations team in Pasco, WA. This part-time role is crucial for maintaining a safe and organized environment during our peak weekend hours. As a Site Marshall, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring all site protocols are adhered to, directing traffic, and acting as a primary point of contact for safety concerns. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication skills, looking for stable weekend employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site activities during weekend shifts to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic efficiently and safely within the site premises.
- Identify potential hazards and proactively address or report them to site management.
- Respond to and document minor incidents or accidents, providing immediate assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular site patrols to maintain order and security.
- Assist visitors and contractors with site navigation and safety briefings.
- Operate basic communication equipment to coordinate with other site personnel.
- Maintain a visible and proactive presence, acting as a deterrent to unsafe practices.
