Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and opening vehicle doors.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles, including luxury and high-performance models, in designated areas.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure valet parking area at all times.
• Provide accurate directions, recommendations, and information about the hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor service issues with professionalism and courtesy, escalating as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with front desk staff, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless guest transitions.
• Report any vehicle damage, guest concerns, or security issues promptly to management.

Required Skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years driving experience).
• Excellent customer service and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Professional appearance and a consistently positive, energetic demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual is preferred but not strictly required).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a valet parking, concierge, or high-end customer service role.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and guest expectations.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of local area attractions and driving routes.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a valuable asset.
