Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Ticket Scanner for concerts and arena events! This entry-level, part-time position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work on weekends, contributing to the exciting atmosphere of live entertainment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth entry and a positive start to their event experience. We are looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan event tickets, ensuring validity and authenticity.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Direct patrons to appropriate entry points and assist with general inquiries.
- Resolve minor ticketing issues or direct guests to the appropriate customer service personnel.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak entry times.
- Adhere to all venue policies and safety protocols.
- Assist with crowd management and flow as needed.
