Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Wellness Retreat Assistants to join our expanding team. This unique opportunity involves supporting the daily operations of our regional wellness retreats, ensuring an exceptional and harmonious experience for all guests. You will play a crucial role in the logistical and experiential aspects of our programs, from guest services to activity coordination. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about wellness, hospitality, and providing outstanding support in a dynamic retreat setting. Board is included as part of this role, providing a comprehensive living and working experience across various beautiful regional locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist retreat managers and wellness professionals in coordinating and executing daily retreat activities and programs.
- Welcome and orient guests upon arrival, providing essential information about the retreat schedule and amenities.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Support the setup and breakdown of workshops, classes, and communal meals.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of retreat common areas, ensuring a serene and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- Facilitate smooth transitions between different retreat activities and ensure guest participation.
- Collaborate with culinary, housekeeping, and wellness teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
- Uphold Canyon Ranch's standards of service excellence and commitment to guest well-being.
- Travel to and reside at various regional retreat locations as needed.
