Job Description

Join Salesforce as a WFH AI Support Representative, providing exceptional customer service exclusively through text-based channels (chat and email). This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office. You will be a crucial point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues related to our AI-powered solutions, and ensuring a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email regarding Salesforce's AI products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues by guiding users through troubleshooting steps or escalating complex problems to senior support teams.
  • Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and report recurring issues or potential improvements to our AI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product features, updates, and AI advancements to provide informed and effective support.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and text-based communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
