Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated WFH Apple Analyst with a strong focus on data and performance to join our innovative team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing vast datasets related to Apple products, services, and user engagement to uncover critical insights and drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators, building comprehensive reports, and collaborating with various internal teams to optimize performance across the Apple ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the Apple brand and its offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets related to Apple product sales, service adoption, user behavior, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance data to inform strategic recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific areas of the Apple ecosystem as needed to support business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Forecast future performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Apple product ecosystem and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Previous experience in the consumer electronics, technology, or e-commerce industries.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
