Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Claims Administrator to join our remote team within the Insurance Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the claims department by performing various administrative duties, ensuring efficient processing and accurate documentation. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a vital function of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review new claim submissions for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and third-party vendors via phone and email.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files and records.
  • Assist claims adjusters with administrative tasks, including scheduling and data entry.
  • Verify policy information and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to claims activities.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues related to claims processing.
  • Utilize claims management software and other internal systems efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring data confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
